ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on June 4, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (“Entry Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit Thoolie.com during the Entry Period and complete the official giveaway entry form by providing your name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or incomplete entries may be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY
Participants may alternatively enter by sending an email to giveaway@thoolie.com with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and including their full name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry.

GIVEAWAY COMMUNICATIONS
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive email communications reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, including entry confirmations, winner notifications, prize fulfillment communications, and other Giveaway-related notices. Participants may separately elect to receive marketing emails, newsletters, product announcements, educational content, and promotional offers from Thoolie. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win the Giveaway.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Over $500 USD. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about June 27, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified using the email address provided at entry. The selected winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification. If the selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts by Sponsor, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, city, state, likeness, and statements regarding the Giveaway for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other social media platform.

THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS
All third-party product names, trademarks, and brands are the property of their respective owners. RØDE and TASCAM are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or otherwise associated with this Giveaway.

GOVERNING LAW
This Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
